In the course of the meeting, it was stated that the reason for the parliamentary hearing is a need to study the effectiveness of human rights protection through the mechanism of execution of court decisions.
According to the people’s deputies, one of the most urgent issues of national law proceedings is a real execution of court decisions.
Improvement of legislative support of the system of execution of court decisions is impossible without vast discussion and summarizing of the activity of State Enforcement Service of Ukraine, other bodies and authorities.
According to the people’s deputies, the parliamentary hearings will enable vast discussion of problematic issues and allow to determine directions for further improvement of mechanism of execution of court decisions.
